Thank you for your interest in attending the 2014 CHRVA Indoor Competition and Training Camp. At this time the camp is at capacity. However, as the event occurs, there may be cancellations which may open up some slots. This slots will be on a first come-first serve basis.
If you are interest on being place on the waiting list for the camp. Please fill out the remainder of this form. If you do not hear from the camp staff prior to the event, it means no slots have opened up and there is no room for the remainder on the waiting list.
